Job summary

FCS Careers Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Solutions Design Manager (Supply Chain) to drive end-to-end logistics solutions. You will manage RFQ/RFP processes, articulate business requirements, and lead multi-team deployments from design to operations in a dynamic regional environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in supply chain and logistics, with strong solution design experience and exceptional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

3+ years of work experience in supply chain and logistics environments.
Experience in solution design and logistics processes.
Adept at managing time to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Customer-oriented approach with ability to manage stakeholders and complex issues.

Responsibilities

Manage the solution design process during RFQ/RFP initialisation, including proposals, presentations, and costing calculations.
Drive customer business requirement documentation, clarifying and facilitating discussions across internal functional teams.
Lead project implementations and the deployment of new businesses, ensuring effective handover from design to operations.
Coordinate across operations, logistics engineering, IT, and account teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Lead analysis of internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity, driving business improvement projects.
Support the regional teams, contributing to multi-site project governance and delivery.
