Job summary

Applied Materials South East Asia is seeking a motivated intern to join our regional team in Singapore. You will contribute to research, analysis, and communications that support regional office initiatives and decision‑making.

You will assist with stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and reports. This hands‑on role offers exposure to corporate planning and practical business skills within a global tech company.

Working alongside Regional Office colleagues, the intern will contribute to research, presentations, stakeholder activities, project coordination, and process improvement. The role provides opportunities to gain exposure to corporate strategy & planning, and build practical business skills in a collaborative regional environment.

Project Description

• Research & Analysis: Gather insights, and develop recommendations to support Regional Office initiatives and decision‑making
• Partnership & Stakeholder Support: Assist with stakeholder engagement activities through meeting preparation, background research, communications, and follow‑up actions
• Projects & Initiatives: Support regional projects by tracking activities, timelines, materials, and outstanding actions.
• Briefings & Communications: Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and written updates for different audiences.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and reporting through process enhancements or digital solutions
