The role covers RFQ handling, quotations, and 3-way matching, with NetSuite ERP as a core system. Strong negotiation and Excel skills are essential for timely order placement and effective inventory control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding and ERP setup.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, and prepare comparison analyses.
• Create and manage PRs and POs, ensuring timely order placement and delivery.
• Perform 3-way matching of PO, DO, and invoices for payment processing.
• Maintain procurement and inventory records in NetSuite.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on purchasing requirements.
• Support procurement reporting, including open PO tracking.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
