Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Regional Security Manager to oversee our MENA and APAC operations. You will establish a regional security function, advise leadership, and coordinate with HR, Legal, and Workplace teams on security posture and risk.

Responsibilities include building regional presence, driving incident response, travel risk management, and vendor performance across the footprint. You will work with authorities and global GCS leadership to ensure Ripple's standards are met regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate/physical security in the MENA and/or APAC regions.
• Strong network with law enforcement, government liaison, intelligence and vendors.
• Proven track record in incident response, travel risk and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-region contact for security matters across MENA and APAC.
• Own and develop regional security strategy including travel risk management and incident protocols.
• Lead regional incident response with rapid, locally-informed decision-making.
• Manage vendor relationships and audit performance of security providers.
• Build relationships with authorities, industry peers, and intelligence sources for situational awareness.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness across in-region operations.
