Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Regional Security Manager to oversee security operations across MENA and APAC. You’ll establish a regionally aligned security presence, coordinate with HR, Legal, and Workplace teams, and serve as the primary in-region security contact.

You will drive incident response, strengthen regulatory readiness, manage vendors, and build local relationships with authorities to improve risk awareness and timely decisions across Ripple's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Primary in-region security contact for MENA and APAC, advising leadership on posture and risk.
• Develop regional security strategy including travel risk and incident protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate security providers.
• Build local relationships with authorities and intelligence sources.
• Lead regional incident response and escalation.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness across operations.
