Coinbase is seeking a Regional Security Manager, APAC, to lead the region's physical security program across offices, critical facilities, and data centers. You will partner with business leaders to manage risk, strengthen resilience, and coordinate incident response across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in physical security, risk, or resilience operations in a multinational
• Proven incident commander experience with cross-functional security events
• Hands-on with access control, CCTV, alarm, visitor management, and guards across facilities
• Experience conducting risk and vulnerability assessments with remediation plans
• Vendor management through SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, in APAC markets
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost and quality

Responsabilités

• Own APAC physical security operating plan, regional risk register, site security standards and remediation priorities across offices and data centers.
• Lead site assessments, vulnerability reviews, security hardening projects, new office openings, relocations, and security system deployments across the region.
• Serve as regional escalation point and Incident Commander for significant security events coordinating the GSOC, workplace teams, vendors, and emergency services.
• Govern regional access control, badging, visitor management, secure area access, and audit readiness while managing contracted security providers through SLAs, KPIs, and QBRs.
• Develop and maintain regional policies, SOPs, playbooks, drills, tabletop exercises, and employee-facing security guidance informed by APAC threat intelligence and local conditions.
