Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/economics/finance or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales support, order management or customer service.
• Experience supervising teams in regional or cross-country setup is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
• Proficient in SAP Sales Order module with advanced Excel/Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the regional Sales Support team in Singapore.
• Oversee end-to-end sales order management, parts fulfilment, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Technical, and Finance for alignment.
• Drive reporting and process improvements; develop Power BI dashboards for KPIs.
• Provide daily operational support and act as primary contact for customers.
