Job summary

Private Inc. is seeking a results-driven regional operations leader to manage multiple branches. You will drive revenue, profitability, and productivity across the region while analyzing performance and implementing improvements.

You will lead sales and business development efforts, support marketing campaigns, ensure SOP compliance, and conduct audits and reviews. Travel within the region is required to achieve targets and develop teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-branch management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting.
• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple branches within the assigned region.
• Ensure each branch achieves revenue, profitability, and productivity targets.
• Analyse business performance and implement improvement plans.
• Drive sales growth and monitor branch KPIs.
• Develop action plans to improve branch performance.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and service standards.
• Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
• Coach and mentor Outlet Managers and supervisors.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Identify training needs and develop employees.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Present regional performance, challenges, and action plans to senior management.
• Monitor inventory, manpower planning, and operational expenses.
