Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking a regional sales leader to develop strategies, drive revenue, and expand market share from our Singapore base.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities across ports, terminals, shipping lines, crane manufacturers, and industrial customers, while building and managing key accounts from enquiry to delivery. You will mentor regional sales teams, monitor pipelines and forecasts, and deliver strategic updates to senior management to support growth and

• Develop regional sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and business growth.
• Identify new opportunities across ports, terminals, shipping lines, crane manufacturers, and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
• Manage key accounts and projects from enquiry, quotation, negotiation through delivery and final acceptance.
• Lead major contract negotiations, tenders, pricing, commercial terms, and customer proposals.
• Mentor regional sales teams and partners while monitoring pipelines, targets, forecasts, and sales performance.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic updates and recommendations to senior management.
