Job summary

TAT SENG GLASS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with a background in civil/structural fields to expand the company’s footprint in Southeast Asia.

You will lead strategy, build relationships with key clients, interpret technical drawings, and coordinate with engineering teams to align projects with client needs. Travel and client engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product/system specification within construction or building materials.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies and design compliance in the Southeast Asian market.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in product/system specification within the construction or building materials industry.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and design compliance requirements within the Southeast Asian market.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
