Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a trading company serving South-east Asia and Japan. The role focuses on retaining existing customers and expanding the customer base, with travel to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with customers and suppliers to understand requirements and resolve issues. The ideal candidate has about 1 year of trading sales experience, can work under pressure with minimal supervision, and demonstrates strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience in trading; mechanical components / electrical parts familiarity preferred.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and strong customer service mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders professionally.

Responsibilities

We are a trading company dealing with mechanical components and generally, we're dealing with customers from South-east Asia & Japan.

Responsibilities :

• Serve & retain existing market and customers.
• Plan and develop new markets and customer base.
• Build rapport with customers and suppliers to understand their needs and situation.
• Examination and resolve quality issues raised by customers, if any.
• Travelling required to attend to customers' needs and enquiries.
• Monthly sales report.
• Involve in production planning to meet customer's delivery requirements.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• 1 years of sales experience in trading. (Experience in trading mechanical components, electrical equipment parts, and various electronic devices/components is preferred.)
• Able to work under pressure & tight schedule without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mindset.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders in a professional & responsive manner.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn & a team player.
• Computer literate & excellent report writing skills.
