Job summary

Noma Security, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth, build a strong regional pipeline, and close strategic cybersecurity deals.

You will work with leadership, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to expand Noma's footprint across the region and accelerate adoption of AI security platforms. The role requires a track record in security software sales, complex deal execution, and a startup-ready mindset to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Enterprise security sales experience with 5+ years in enterprise security software.
• Procurement fluency across security reviews, legal, and vendor risk assessment.
• Category-adjacent background in IAM/PAM, data security, SIEM/UEBA, cloud security/CNAPP, AppSec, or AI security.
• Documented performance with quota attainment or leadership club recognition.
• Track record of six-figure ACV and multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles.
• Experience in category-creation selling and MEDDPICC/MEDDIC/Command of the Message.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead regional go-to-market strategy from ground up for the territory.
• Land enterprise logos and expand across business units as AI adoption grows.
• Sell a platform covering the full AI lifecycle against multi-slice competitors.
• Demonstrate risk visibility to CISOs and AI security leaders to win deals.
• Leverage published vulnerability research to strengthen the sales narrative.
• Develop channel and cloud partnerships in-region to accelerate closes.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to sharpen pitch and roadmap.
