Job summary

Taikisha Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to establish and oversee in-process Quality Control and Assurance systems across overseas subsidiaries. You will develop and implement QEHS procedures and documents in alignment with ISO standards and coordinate inspections for compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in M&E/HVAC or construction, strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, and a proven ability to lead corrective actions and train

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Construction Engineering.
• 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in M&E, HVAC or Construction industries.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001; internal/a lead auditor certification preferred.
• Experience implementing QMS and quality management principles.
• Knowledge of M&E engineering QC/QA practices; HVAC knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee QEHS QA/QC systems across overseas subsidiaries.

• Conduct compliance inspections and assess ISO standards adherence.
• Perform gap analyses, document management and reporting.

• Digitalize and streamline workflows where possible.

Job description

1) Primary Function:

• Establish and oversee effective in-process Quality Control and Assurance systems, across the overseas subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and documents.
• Conduct Quality, Safety and Environmental compliance inspections and assessment, to ensure compliance with the relevant ISO standards and specifications.

2) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gap Analysis - Review & grasp current state.
• Documentation Management: Prepare, submit, and manage extensive documentation, including manuals, procedures, forms and reports, in compliance to ISO standards best practices.
• Incorporate & strengthen QEHS management system and operation practices, in compliance to ISO standards and best practices.
• Review and establish, optimized Business Process workflows and procedures.
• Prevent/Eliminate Quality Troubles and Safety Accident/Incidents and their associated loss cost.
• Promote and implement best practices in quality, safety, and environment, across overseas subsidiaries, to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure and promote, quality, safety and environment conformance.
• Identifying non-conformities, managing corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining relevant documentation and records.
• Compile and submit reports, related to QEHS performances of overseas subsidiaries.
• Educate and enhance knowledge, skills, and competency, of overseas subsidiaries.
• Digitalize and simplify operation workflow, where applicable for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Other duties, as assigned by the superior.

3) Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma, in Mechanical or Electrical or Construction Engineering.

4) Work Experience

• At least 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC role in M&E, HVAC and/or Construction Industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and experience in implementing QMS.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge in ISO standards - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and preferably certified Internal auditor or certified lead auditor.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E engineering quality control and assurance practices.
• HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical, design knowledge and the associate design software is an advantage.
