Job summary

FUJITSU ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a senior Project Manager to collaborate with the Region Customer Success Unit, review technical account plans, and drive value creation for customers across ASEAN markets.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple markets while aligning with Fujitsu’s global resources and sales processes. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives and help shape growth opportunities within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience listening to customer requirements and implementing systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple markets in ASEAN.
• Strong awareness of digitalisation, IT marketplace, technologies, tools and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Region Customer Success Unit (CSU) to define key users per country.
• Review and support account plans from a technical perspective.
• Analyse customer needs and leverage Fujitsu Group resources to create value.
• Analyse global technology trends and translate them into business actions for the account.
• Share account plans with stakeholders across related divisions in each country.
• In negotiations, set unified quotation items across countries within the region.
• Set KPIs on quality and perform quantitative monitoring.
• Extract risks from related divisions and share mitigation measures.
• Lead cross‑department efforts and propose new solutions and business.
• Identify growth paths and scalability options for solutions and include in design.
• Mentor Presales peers and contribute to knowledge transfer programs.
• Support deals in the Asia Region pipeline where needed.
