Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related discipline.
3–8 years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, procurement, product management, category management, or commercial roles.
Experience in coatings, paints, material science, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals or industrial chemicals is desirable.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Excel; SAP, Power BI or CRM tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise the product portfolio across Southeast Asian markets to maximise growth and profitability.
Identify opportunities to expand product offerings, enter new applications and develop new customer segments.
Monitor product performance and recommend portfolio expansion, rationalisation and positioning strategies.
Drive revenue, gross profit and margin objectives through effective product and commercial strategies.
