Job description

Key responsibilities

• Conducting market visits, research, and adopting new technologies to strengthen our business.


• Coordinating with HQ for strategic and operational implementation.


• Training, evaluating, and maintaining the skillsets of regional engineers in equipment operations, RIP software, Adobe tools, color management, and spectrophotometry.


• Ensuring engineers are up to date with new models, software revisions, and process improvements.


• Collaborating with Product Management and Sales Teams to support the customer sales cycle, including sample preparation and pre-installation requirements.


• Supporting marketing activities such as sample production, demonstrations, and participation in trade shows.


• Building and maintaining a network of third-party vendors and equipment providers to meet customer needs.


• Overseeing showroom operations, evaluations, and smooth execution of demonstrations.

Requirements

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Hands-on experience with RIP software; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and computer networking.


• Knowledge of color management preferred.


• Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Printing, or related field.


• Prior experience in the printing industry is highly desirable.


• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for training, troubleshooting, and events.
