HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Regional Payroll Executive on a 5-month contract to support its Singapore hub, covering ANZ, New Zealand, and Guam markets.

You will run end-to-end fortnightly payroll, ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand payroll laws, assist with monthly closings and audits, and optimise Workday-to-HRIS flows while acting as the go-to payroll expert for Brand HR partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, exposure to ANZ or US payroll legislations advantageous.
• Proficient in major payroll systems, HRIS, or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end fortnightly payroll for ANZ, NZ, and Guam markets.
• Prepare monthly closings, headcount reporting, overtime cost reports, and accruals.
• Execute monthly, semi‑annual, and yearly income tax returns and support audits.
• Monitor system integration flows from Workday to local HRIS and participate in system updates.
• Serve as the go‑to payroll expert for Brand HR partners and employees.
