Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Key Account Manager (OKAM) to join the APAC Process & Performance team in Singapore. Drive operational performance, data quality, and reporting enhancements for a portfolio of strategic customers across Asia Pacific.

You will standardise reporting, build dashboards, and support monthly/quarterly reviews while collaborating with regional operations and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics with Air/Ocean processes.
• Proven track record in operational performance management and KPI reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large datasets; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process standardisation, reporting automation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve data quality and consistency across the regional OKAM portfolio.
• Standardise, streamline and automate recurring customer reporting activities.
• Develop and analyse customer reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate data.
• Monitor SLA performance and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with regional ops to improve processes and compliance.
• Maintain SOPs and reporting requirements.
• Support customer initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Engage APAC and global teams to drive consistent processes.
