Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Limited is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to strengthen vendor governance, drive regional analytics, and enhance risk controls across markets. You will work with country teams to develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to support decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in asset management operations, strong governance skills, and fluency with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in investment operations, asset management operations, governance, risk, or analytics.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen regional Operations risk and control discipline across incidents and audits.
• Develop regional Operations analytics through MIS, dashboards, KPIs, KRIs.
• Support governance forums, management committees, and executive reporting.
