Job summary

Eastspring Investments is a global asset manager with Asia at its core, seeking a Senior Middle Office/Operations professional in Singapore. You will handle regulatory reporting (EMIR/MAS), manage outsourced partnerships, and lead process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, team leadership, and a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate submissions and robust controls within the Transaction Operations framework.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Middle Office/Operations in asset management.
• Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with outsourcing management and Aladdin preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily 3-way data validation on EMIR and MAS reporting submissions.
• Collaborate with outsourced provider to resolve rejected submissions promptly.
• Manage and resolve stakeholder escalations with internal teams and brokers.
• Support new transition activities, instruments/markets, ad hoc projects.
• Act as SME in trade regulatory reporting for new processes or product development.
• Incident management and risk/control reviews with the operations lead.
• Drive process improvements through automation and new technologies.
• Maintain effective operations controls and documentation.
