Job summary

PASONA Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a regional medical device sales professional to drive growth of the IOL and ophthalmic portfolios across ASEAN. You will lead sales targets, manage distributor networks, and coordinate regional events and marketing initiatives.

You will engage KOLs, support live product demonstrations in operating theatres, and collaborate with HQ teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Willingness to regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical device sales or medical sales is required
• Experience in ophthalmology or IOL preferred
• Experience with distributor-driven business and tenders is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet annual targets for the IOL business in assigned regional markets
• Oversee distributor-driven activities and support distributor networks across territories
• Lead product launches, market development and distributor management for non-IOL portfolios as assigned by the HOD
• Coordinate events and marketing initiatives, including regional conferences and exhibitions
• Engage KOLs and provide live product support in Operating Theatre settings
• Collaborate with Japan HQ and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity
• Travel occasionally across ASEAN markets to manage activities
