Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior PMO/Project Controls professional for our Enterprise department in Singapore. You will establish PMO frameworks, dashboards, and governance across regional MEP projects, aligning delivery with strategic priorities and budgets.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitor risk and performance, and coordinate with engineering, consultants, and contractors to drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/construction.
• 8+ years in project management, PMO or controls.
• Experience across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, project governance, policies, and best practices for regional MEP projects.
• Develop and manage project portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Standardize project management processes, templates, and reporting structures across countries.
• Monitor project health, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure alignment of project delivery with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestones.
• Review performance vs baselines; drive forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support change management and project recovery initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, contractors, and teams on execution.
• Drive governance meetings, steering committees, and senior management updates.
• Manage risk registers, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement.
