Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Controls professional to lead governance, reporting and delivery oversight across regional MEP projects. You will standardize processes, track KPIs, and work with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or project controls.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects across several countries.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction lifecycle, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, project governance, policies, and best practices for regional MEP projects.
• Develop and manage project portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Standardize project management processes, templates, and reporting structures across countries.
• Monitor project health, identifying risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure alignment of project delivery with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Track contractor and consultant performance against contractual obligations.
• Support procurement processes including RFPs, evaluations, and contract administration.
• Monitor project claims, variations, and commercial risks.
