Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a senior Commercial Leader in the Medical Devices sector to drive strategy, revenue growth, and regional market expansion across SEA, with accountability for P&L and partner performance.

You will lead a high-performing team, shape pricing and market access, build relationships with healthcare institutions and regulators, and ensure compliance while delivering sustainable profitability in Singapore and the region.

Qualifications

• Masters/Degree required in Business, Science or related discipline.
• 15+ years of commercial experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Strong Medical Device industry experience.
• Regional exposure in SEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned business, defining long-term strategy and annual operating plans to achieve sustainable revenue, market share and profitability growth.
• Drive sales performance, identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen customer penetration and competitive positioning.
• Own financial forecasts, monitor key commercial metrics and implement action plans to address revenue, margin and performance gaps.
• Manage distributor performance, inventory levels, product availability and operational KPIs to ensure efficient execution and strong market coverage.
• Develop strategic relationships with healthcare institutions, government accounts, industry stakeholders and key opinion leaders to support long-term business growth.
• Drive pricing, reimbursement, marketing and business excellence initiatives while ensuring effective resource allocation and execution of regional strategies.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering accountability, collaboration and innovation while ensuring adherence to regulatory, ethical and compliance requirements.
