Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA is required or highly advantageous.
• 5+ years of executive leadership experience as GM/MD or senior business unit head.
• Proven track record in managing substantial budgets, regional P&L, and large cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic acumen with expertise in financial modeling, corporate governance, and market expansion strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication and C-suite stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term corporate strategies and market expansion plans.
• Direct daily operations, risk management, budgets, and full financial P&L across regional divisions.
• Lead and mentor senior management teams to foster innovation and accountability.
• Drive strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and high-level stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance with Singapore and global frameworks.
• Oversee corporate investments, capital allocations, and transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary executive liaison between board, shareholders, regulators, and partners.
