About the role

We are seeking an exceptional, strategic, and high-impact executive to join our leadership team in Singapore as Managing Director & General Manager. Operating in a senior executive capacity, the successful candidate will provide overall strategic direction, operational leadership, and P&L oversight for corporate portfolio investments and regional business units, driving sustainable commercial growth, institutional governance, and cross-functional operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term corporate strategies, market expansion plans, and operational roadmaps aligned with board objectives.

• Direct daily business operations, enterprise risk management, budget allocations, and full financial P&L management across regional divisions.

• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing senior management teams, fostering an organizational culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Drive strategic partnerships, joint ventures, key client relationships, and high-level stakeholder engagements across regional markets.

• Ensure strict regulatory compliance, corporate governance standards, and policy alignment with Singapore financial regulations and global industry frameworks.

• Oversee major corporate investments, capital allocations, asset management strategies, and operational transformation initiatives.

• Serve as the primary executive liaison between board members, shareholders, government regulatory bodies, and industry partners.

About you

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Corporate Governance, or a related discipline; an MBA is highly advantageous.

• Extensive executive leadership experience (5+ years) serving as a General Manager, Managing Director, or Senior Business Unit Head within large MNCs, investment firms, or global corporate enterprises.

• Proven track record of managing substantial financial budgets, regional P&L responsibilities, and large cross-functional teams.

• High strategic acumen with deep expertise in financial modeling, corporate restructuring, enterprise risk management, and market expansion strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication, negotiation, and C-suite stakeholder management skills.
