PAYLINKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Managing Director to lead regional strategic growth and financial operations in APAC.

The role requires an executive with a strong background in commercial banking and fintech-driven solutions to bridge governance with innovation. Key duties include formulating strategy, managing P&L and treasury, expanding cross-border payments to large institutions, and ensuring MAS compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputable university.
• 15–20 years of senior management experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience as Branch General Manager, Head of Corporate Banking, or Deputy General Manager is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial accounting, treasury management and corporate banking operations.
• Experience in cross-border financial services or payment solutions is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the long-term business strategy for Singapore and APAC.
• Oversee P&L, capital allocation and treasury operations with a focus on profitability.
• Drive growth of cross-border payment and collection services with large institutional clients.
• Ensure MAS regulations, AML/CFT and risk controls are in place.
• Engage with global banking partners, financial institutions and Board of Directors.
