Job summary

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites applications for a role that will drive the next generation of digital payment solutions and strengthen Singapore’s national payment schemes through cross-border linkages with international partners.

You will work on expanding cross-border payment connectivity, developing governance policies, and building strategic partnerships with financial institutions and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology or related field.
• Experience in payments product development, public policy or payments regulations.
• Strong understanding of local and international payments systems and regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Border Payment Linkages — manage and expand Singapore’s cross-border payments connectivity with financial institutions, regulators and international organisations.
• Policy and Governance — develop and refine policies and governance frameworks for cross-border linkages, including risk management.
• Partnerships — build and maintain strategic relationships with payment firms, foreign regulatory counterparts, and international agencies.
