Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to support regional marketing across ROAP markets from Singapore.

You will work with Commercial Leadership, Account Managers, and global teams to drive engagement, brand consistency, and growth through localized materials and campaigns. The role requires 3–5 years in B2B product marketing, ideally in regulated life sciences, with strong project management, cross‑cultural communication, and vendor coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries preferred.
• Experience with distributor/agent channels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support regional B2B marketing activities across Japan, Taiwan, ANZ, and Southeast Asia.
• Localize sales enablement materials, customer presentations, product brochures, case studies, digital content, and promotional assets.
• Coordinate regional campaigns that support objectives, engagement, lead generation, product awareness, and account development.
• Plan and execute customer events, trade shows, seminars, webinars, distributor meetings, and internal meetings, including logistics and reporting.
• Support market segmentation and profiling for the regions.
• Other duties as assigned.
