Job summary

You will set the architecture vision for trading, risk and data platforms and collaborate with technology and business teams across Asia to translate complex needs into scalable designs. You’ll shape target-state architecture, lead solution design across layers, review standards, evaluate vendor platforms, simplify the tech estate, and align priorities with

Qualifications

Background in solution or application architecture in financial markets.
Experience designing real-time, high-availability systems.
Proven ability to deliver architecture roadmaps across multiple countries.
Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Shape target-state architecture and the modernization roadmap for Markets platforms.
Lead solution design across the application, integration and data layers.
Act as the senior design reviewer, guiding standards and when an exception is justified.
Assess vendor platforms and favour configuration over custom build where it makes sense.
Find opportunities to simplify the technology estate and retire ageing components.
Work with business, risk, operations and engineering stakeholders to build alignment on priorities.
Present options and recommendations to architecture and governance forum.
