Job summary

Shopee is seeking a mobile leader to drive operational excellence across our key regional hubs nationwide, including Bangkok & Greater Bangkok, North, South, and Northeast regions. You will oversee throughput, optimize workflows, and guide large frontline teams to ensure high-performance operations in Singapore and beyond.

The role focuses on modernizing SOPs, resolving bottlenecks in sorting systems, and providing strategic input on cross-functional logistics projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sorting flows and team performances to consistently hit throughput KPIs.
• Modernize SOPs and resolve bottlenecks in manual sorting systems to eliminate stuck parcels and increase efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and align labor requirements for Area Managers and frontline teams to handle peak surges.
• Identify problems and provide solutions for reporting to Management.
• Partner with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, HSE, and stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics transitions and manage ad-hoc projects.

Drive operational excellence across our key regional hubs nationwide, including Bangkok & Greater Bangkok, North, South, and Northeast regions. We are looking for a mobile leader capable of managing multi-site throughput and ensuring 100% volume completion across locations such as:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily sorting flows and team performances to consistently hit throughput KPIs.
• Workflow Optimization: Modernize SOPs and resolve bottlenecks in manual sorting systems to eliminate stuck parcels, reduce time, and increase work efficiency.
• People & Resource Planning: Lead, mentor, and align labor requirements for Area Managers and large-scale frontline teams to handle peak surges. Provide guidance and workaround if applicable.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify problems and find solutions for reporting to Management.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, HSE, and related stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics transitions. Manage ad-hoc projects or special assignments as needed.
