Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a data and operations analyst to coordinate regional International Freight Forwarding (IFF) projects, drive monthly production processing, and improve data accuracy across locations.

You will collaborate with regional teams and HQ to identify efficiencies, simplify processes, and deliver reliable reporting. The role partners with IT to minimize system issues and protect data integrity, supporting strategic initiatives across the SSEA region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional IFF projects including implementations, launches, and development campaigns
• Ensure timely execution of monthly production processing across assigned locations
• Perform pre- and post-month-end validation checks to improve data accuracy and reporting quality
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems and reporting platforms
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement process enhancements for import/export to improve satisfaction and performance
• Support business analysis activities to drive growth for IFF operations in SSEA region
• Provide analytical and operational support to management, regional teams, and HQ on data, systems, and processes
• Drive process simplification to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational risks
• Collaborate with Business Controller and Regional Director on strategic initiatives and project execution
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop relevant solutions
• Partner with IT teams to prioritise system issues and ensure minimal impact on business data and operations
