WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is looking for a professional in Singapore to support and coordinate regional IFF initiatives, manage production cycles, and enhance reporting quality.

The candidate will perform data checks, streamline workflows, and partner with IT for system enhancements. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity and delivering analytical insights to support business growth in freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate regional IFF initiatives including project implementation, product launches, and business development campaigns.
• Oversee monthly production cycles across regional locations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Conduct rigorous pre- and post-month-end data checks to enhance reporting quality and data governance.
• Analyse operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Maintain strong data integrity standards across systems and reporting frameworks.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues to improve import/export performance and customer outcomes.
• Deliver business analysis and insights to support regional freight forwarding growth strategy.
• Support management reporting, operational analytics, and system-related requirements for stakeholders across SSEA and HQ.
• Streamline and optimise workflows to reduce manual processes and improve operational productivity.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to prioritise system enhancements and resolve data issues.
