Job summary

UMS Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics coordinator to oversee regional cargos and shipments with a focus on Vietnam. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, customers, and suppliers while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include managing transportation schedules, monitoring inventory and warehouse operations, and resolving issues to maintain smooth logistics flows. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are advantageous in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse, or operations.
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, collections, and transportation.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with logistics documents such as Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Experience using ERP (Epicor) is an advantage.
• Able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of cargos and managed shipments regionally particularly Vietnam.
• Handling Forwarders and Managing all logistics operations requirements.
• Resolve issues pertaining all logistics operations.
• Manage transportation and delivery schedules.
• Prepare shipping and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse operations.
• Handle delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies.
• Negotiate or coordinate freight and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customs/shipping requirements.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify ways to improve efficiency.
