Job summary

Shamrock Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive to support regional logistics, with a focus on Vietnam-related shipments and business coordination.

The role involves regular communication with overseas suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, transporters and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, manage freight arrangements, and verify logistics documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant logistics / supply chain / shipping experience.
• Experience handling regional shipments and working with freight forwarders.
• Good understanding of shipping documentation, transportation and warehouse operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and resolve operational issues.
• Comfortable communicating with overseas business partners and stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Vietnamese to support regular communication with Vietnam-based suppliers, customers and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional cargo shipments, particularly Vietnam-related shipments.
• Manage freight forwarders and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate shipment, delivery and collection schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, transporters and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delays, discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Coordinate customs and shipping requirements where applicable.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Resolve day-to-day logistics and operational issues independently.
• Support other regional logistics and operational activities as required.

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to support and coordinate our regional logistics operations, with a particular focus on Vietnam-related shipments and business coordination.

The role requires regular communication with overseas suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, transporters and warehouse teams. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across different markets and communicating with both local and overseas parties.
