Job summary

Scanteak, a leading furniture retailer, is seeking a Logistics Lead to manage daily operations, optimize routes, and coordinate with regional partners to ensure efficient delivery and top-tier customer service in a fast-growing retail environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, plus experience supervising remote teams and strong cross-functional communication across departments and countries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in logistics operations, fleet routing, or warehouse customer service.
• Experience supervising remote or regional teams.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong cross-departmental communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Multilingual communication skills: Malay, English, Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily logistics operations, including route planning, dispatch scheduling, and monitoring delivery efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison for delivery drivers to resolve delivery issues and ensure on-time product distribution.
• Lead and guide a team of 3 Customer Service Representatives to maintain high-resolution rates and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with the Malaysia Logistics Admin team to streamline documentation, inventory tracking, and cross-border schedules.
• Collaborate with retail outlets, warehouse teams, procurement, and corporate departments to fulfill logistics needs.
• Monitor stock flow and delivery discrepancies using internal WMS/ERP systems to generate reports and improve logistics processes.
