Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced legal/compliance professional to cover the ASEAN & India region from the Yishun office. Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, with competitive compensation up to SGD 6,000 per month plus AWS and a bonus, commensurate with experience.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, support regional operations, and lead compliance initiatives. The role requires experience in information security, strong drafting skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

Must hold a law degree and be admitted to practice.
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal or compliance experience, preferably in a multinational or law firm.
Experience advising on information security matters is required.
Strong contract drafting, reviewing and legal research skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, purchase agreements and NDAs.
Conduct legal research and support on business operations and regional projects.
Improve contract review processes and maintain standard legal templates.
Conduct compliance training on anti-corruption, anti-cartel, fraud prevention and conflicts of interest.
Manage the whistleblowing system and support internal investigations.
Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
Support external audits and address legal or regulatory issues with external law firms.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments across ASEAN and India.
Share relevant legal updates with regional affiliates.
Provide training to sales teams on contracts and legal risks.
Support and guide junior legal staff where required.
