Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd seeks an in-house Legal/Compliance professional to cover ASEAN & India regions. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs and purchase agreements, and support regional business operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in legal or compliance, a Law degree, and ability to travel within ASEAN and India. You will train sales teams on contracts and updates, with a focus on information security matters.

Formación

• Degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal or compliance experience.
• Experience advising on information security matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, purchase agreements and NDAs.
• Conduct legal research and support on business operations and regional projects.
• Improve contract review processes and maintain standard legal templates.
• Conduct compliance training on anti-corruption, anti-cartel, fraud prevention and conflicts of interest.
• Manage the whistleblowing system and support internal investigations.
• Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Support external audits and address legal or regulatory issues with external law firms
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments across ASEAN and India.
• Share relevant legal updates with regional affiliates.
• Provide training to sales teams on contracts and legal risks.
• Support and guide junior legal staff where required.

Key Responsibilities

Role Requirements

• Degree in Law, International Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal or compliance experience, preferably in a law firm or multinational company.
• Experience advising on information security matters.
• Strong contract drafting, reviewing and legal research skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, independent and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel within ASEAN and India when required.
