Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Assistant Manager, Group HR to support group-wide HR initiatives and regional HR operations across ASEAN.

You will handle employee engagement, learning and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR governance and lifecycle management. The role requires coordinating regional HR projects, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and partnering with local teams to drive HR excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least five years of generalist HR experience, regional ops and L&D preferred.
• Familiarity with ASEAN employment practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional HR operations, records, HRIS, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate regional compensation, benefits, payroll and tax processes.
• Provide guidance to junior HR team members and support audits.
