Job summary

TheExecutiveCircle Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional IT Consultant to support the Outsystems workflow system and lead the adoption of innovative digital technologies across the region. You will ensure alignment between business objectives and IT strategies, delivering scalable solutions that boost efficiency, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
ITIL, PMP, or cloud/web development certifications.
5+ years in IT roles focused on workflow/Outsystems and IT project management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Outsystems apps and workflows.
Support integration of Outsystems with other systems and provide end user support.
Design, deploy, and maintain digital solutions meeting regional business needs.
Lead regional IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global standards.
Collaborate with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
Act as regional point of contact for digital initiatives and support; identify automation opportunities.
Mentor and coach team members; foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Provide technical support for digital tools and conduct end-user training to ensure effective utilization.
Ensure solutions adhere to cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards.
