Job summary

Base Camp Digital PTE Ltd is hiring an IT Procurement Manager to lead regional procurement for a network of partner banks across Southeast Asia. You will shape buying priorities, align them with group strategy and extend global agreements to unlock significant savings.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role covering stakeholder engagement, market analysis, tendering, negotiation, contracting and supplier management for software licensing, hardware and managed services.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in procurement with regional or international exposure.
• Deep IT procurement expertise across software licensing, hardware and managed services.
• Proven track record running end-to-end deals independently.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred; enterprise IT exposure accepted.

Responsibilities

• Set procurement priorities and engagement plans for partner banks.
• Build relationships with partner bank leadership and procurement teams.
• Align sourcing activity with Head Office, Global and Regional Procurement and IT.
• Lead end-to-end IT sourcing: tendering, negotiation, contracting and supplier selection.
• Aggregate demand across banks to leverage scale and extend group-wide agreements.
• Deliver measurable value through cost savings, supplier consolidation and better terms.
