Job summary

Base Camp Digital is assisting a leading global financial group to appoint an IT Procurement Manager for the Southeast Asia region. You will own the regional IT procurement strategy across partner banks, driving demand aggregation and aligning with group-wide objectives.

You will run end-to-end sourcing—from stakeholder engagement and market analysis to tendering, negotiation and contracting—while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering measurable cost savings across software licensing,

Qualifications

8-12 years in procurement with regional or international exposure.
Deep IT procurement experience across software licensing, hardware and managed services.
Proven end-to-end deals, from engagement to contracting.
Banking/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Set procurement priorities and engagement plans for each partner bank.
Build trusted relationships with partner bank leadership and procurement teams.
Align sourcing activity with Head Office, Global and Regional Procurement, IT and control functions.
Lead end-to-end IT sourcing: tendering, negotiation, contracting and supplier selection.
Aggregate demand across banks to leverage group-wide agreements.
Deliver measurable value through cost savings, supplier consolidation, risk reduction and better contract terms.
Advise on procurement policy while respecting local legal and regulatory requirements.
Influence senior stakeholders across separate legal entities without direct authority.
