Job summary

TDK SensEI seeks an IT Manager to deliver end-user computing, enterprise application support, and infrastructure services for Singapore and China locations. The role requires collaboration across time zones with IT leadership in the United States.

You will provide desktop, application, and network support, manage user access, and coordinate with global teams to uphold global IT standards and security policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on desktop, application, and infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion applications is preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365 required.
• Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and server environments knowledge beneficial.
• Experience using ITSM or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Support end-user computing, enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with US-based teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Document incidents and resolutions using IT service management system.
• Assist with backups, patching, and security updates; support testing of patches.
