Job summary

Mitsubishi in Singapore seeks an Insurance Risk Manager to lead the regional program and optimize insurance arrangements for Asia-Pacific branches and subsidiaries, supporting senior executives in Tokyo.

You will collaborate with Tokyo HQ and local offices to collect, analyze and share industry insights, develop procurement guidelines, lead risk management activities, and promote efficiency in insurance procurement and claims operations.

Qualifications

Significant knowledge on risk management, insurance procurement and internal control.
Fluent in English and business-level Japanese to communicate with Tokyo HQ and regional staff.
Ability to create and present materials in Japanese and English for counterparts.
Attention to detail, strong communication, proactive cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead the regional insurance risk management program and optimize insurance arrangements for Asia-Pacific branches and subsidiaries.
Understand Tokyo Head Office strategies and support regional activities from an insurance perspective.
Develop and implement guideline for insurance procurement across the group entities.
Lead insurance risk management activities and ensure high-quality operations.
Promote efficiency in insurance procurement and insurance claim processing.
