Job summary

High proficiency in English and Japanese to communicate with Tokyo HQ and regional staff.

Attention to detail and strong communication across teams.
3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the regional insurance risk management program and optimize insurance arrangements for Asia Pacific branches and subsidiaries.
Understand Tokyo Head Office strategies and support business groups and subsidiaries from an insurance perspective.
Develop and implement guidelines for insurance procurement.
Lead insurance risk management activities for group subsidiaries and ensure quality operations.
Promote operational efficiency in procurement and claims operations.
Act as a hub between branches, offices and subsidiaries in Asia Pacific to share market information and take necessary actions.
