Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience servicing or manufacturing semiconductor capital equipment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and service team on resource scheduling and site preparation.
• Schedule and deploy installation engineers and coordinate assets across service.
• Manage products from shipment to timely warranty start and customer satisfaction.
• Drive installation escalations and collaborate with customers, product support, service and manufacturing operations.
• Ensure operational quality of systems.
• Coordinate installation quality and timeliness with channel partners.
• Work with customers to validate new installation or upgrade performance and transfer tool responsibility.
• Create and track KPIs to monitor installation progress and quality.

Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Coordinating with our customers and service team on resource scheduling and site preparation.
• Scheduling and deploying Installation engineers and coordinating assets across service.
• Managing the products from shipment to assure timely warranty start, and customer satisfaction.
• Driving installation escalations and collaborating with Customers, Product Support Operating, Service Operations and Manufacturing Operations.
• Assuring operational quality of systems.
• Coordinating installation quality and timeliness with KLA Channel Partners.
• Working directly with Customers to validate new Installation or Upgrade performance and transfer tool responsibility.
• Creating, managing, and identifying new KPIs to better track installation progress and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience servicing or manufacturing semiconductor capital equipment.
• Preferably with 2 years or more people management experience.
• Able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
