Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a broad HR Generalist/HR Business Partner to support corporate functions in Singapore. Reporting to Head of HR, you will be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, handling a wide range of HR operational activities.

This role offers exposure to regional HR, payroll oversight, workforce planning, and compliance with Singapore employment practices. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in HRBP/Generalist roles and a robust ability to operate autonomously in a lean, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
• 6+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of SG employment practices and labour law.
• Experience managing HR operations across lifecycle including payroll and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver HR initiatives aligned with priorities.
• Advise on HR policies, employment law, employee relations and performance management.
• Manage full employee life cycle: onboarding to offboarding and learning coordination.
• Oversee payroll administration with external vendor and benefits coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, work-pass administration, and reporting obligations.
