Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience with regional exposure.
  • Experience in transformation, restructuring, organisational design or change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build HR frameworks and processes within a growing organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Review organisational structures, workforce capabilities, and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess talent effectiveness and succession opportunities.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and market expansion.
  • Lead recruitment for key management and leadership positions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to challenge and advise senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to build HR frameworks, policies, and people processes within a growing organisation
  • Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and evolving business environment
