Michael Page Singapore is seeking a senior HR leader to partner directly with the CEO and regional executives to drive growth and build scalable people frameworks across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• 10+ years of HR leadership experience with regional exposure.
• Experience in transformation, restructuring, organisational design or change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to build HR frameworks and processes within a growing organisation.
