Job summary

British American Tobacco Singapore is seeking a Regional HR Change Lead to drive people-side transformation across APAC, partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to shape change strategies and adoption. You will oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, capability-building, and change effectiveness measurement to enable successful programs and an evolved HR operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or similar.
• CIPD certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws in FMCG/tobacco sectors and HR tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive change management and adoption across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
• Design stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability-building plans.
• Lead leadership workshops to embed transformation behaviours.
• Coach leaders on people cycle activities under new ways of work.
• Support talent strategy, annual reviews, and performance cycles.
• Provide HR analytics and insights to inform decisions.
