Job summary

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG in Singapore seeks an HR professional to drive regional HR projects and analytics across Asia MEA.

You will lead PMO activities, coordinate governance forums, prepare leadership communications, and build executive dashboards in partnership with the HR Centre of Excellence. Responsibilities include talent reviews, succession planning, and regional HR coordination, with a focus on data-driven decision making and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, IT, AI or related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in HR Consulting, Workforce Analytics, Business Operations, HR Strategy or Project Management.
• Strong with tools, application and systems.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and other co-working tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as extended execution arm of the Head of HR Asia MEA, driving execution of strategic HR priorities.
• Coordinate HR meetsings, governance forums, and regional HR initiatives.
• Prepare Town Hall presentations, talking points, and leadership communications.
• Manage action tracking, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination across the region.
• Lead, coordinate and execute regional HR projects and transformation initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, and executive dashboards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive accountability for key deliverables.
• Develop and maintain regional HR dashboards and scorecards with HR COE.
• Produce monthly people analytics reports and workforce insights for leadership.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, hiring, engagement, talent, and effectiveness.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Coordinate regional talent review and succession planning processes.
• Prepare talent insights, succession dashboards, and leadership reports.
• Support calibration sessions and follow-up development actions.
• Lead development of Asia MEA HR and Regional/Global Town Hall presentations.
• Develop executive communications aligned to business and people priorities.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling.
• Serve as a key contact between Asia MEA HR and Global HR.
• Consolidate regional inputs for global initiatives and HR programs.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between global and regional stakeholders.
• Agenda master for Regional HR Leaders meetings, driving the meetings.
